The reservation is very simple, just click on the reservations page and fill in all the spaces related
to the service agreed beforehand by mail and click SEND.

You will receive an email with the booking confirmation. It will show that the service is booked. We encourage you to print it out and bring it with you during the service. That copy will be your voucher.

In the reservation service is agreed a reference time of the service. In the case of delay on the part of flights, trains and docking ship you will still find your driver waiting for and the duration of the tour will not change unless time limits objective as the departure of a plane, train or ship. If the delay exceeds the 2 h will be added to the cost of the service an extra 30% in case of transfer. Will remain unchanged in the case of tour.

According to your request you get a driver who speak English or Spanish.

In Italy the tip is not mandatory but indicates the appreciation of the service and enhances the work of the driver. Therefore we calculate an appropriate tip the equivalent of 15-20% of the cost of the service.

You can choose the payment method you prefer. Cash, directly to the driver at the end of the service; Credit/Debit card in advance through our website.
