The details of your credit card are only required to guarantee your reservation
(WE DON'T CHARGE ANY AMOUNT) and the payment is required preferably in cash at the end of each service.
-Cancellations must be communicated: via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org , or by phone at (+39)-3343510005 Or (+39)-3336534595 no less than 72 hours in advance of your service , in order to receive a full refund.
-In case of cancellation ( within the stipulated time limits ) after the payment of the service or after the confirmation deposit is completed , THE AMOUNT WILL BE COMPLETELY REMITTED !
-In case of no-show as well as of late cancellation (beyond the terms mentioned) our company is entitled to retain the deposit previously paid (sound ex-article 1457 of the Civil Code) or to charge the 50% of the total cost of service on your credit card .
-If the cruise ship doesn't dock due to any reason, It's not Your fault and you'll be not charged or your deposit will becompletely remitted, However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the ship is in the port, if you are still on board bviously.
-In case the train/flight cancellation of course any amount will be completely remitted.
-As it regards flights and trains, we control the schedule, in real time, due to guarantee the service, even if the plane is late.
-Transfers from the train station include a 30' grace period in case of short delays. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate (30€ per hour)
-Transfers from the Airport include 1 hour grace period (from the moment of real landing) in case of short delays to collect luggage/lost & found etc... Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate. (30€ per hour)
-In the event of lost luggage, when you have to wait at "the baggage claim office" to pick up your lost baggage , kindly remeber that you need to contact us immediately using our assistance number because the drivers will never leave the airport/station without you.
-Some goes in the event of flight or train delay , otherwise Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
-Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us.
Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11, No DL 30/6/2003 196 or so legally and correctly, in ways that do not exceed the purpose for the collection and relevance to them, keeping only for as long as necessary and not beyond, respecting the minimum standards of security under Article. 31, No DL 30/6/2003 196 and Annex B of the same Decree.
